Every Sreenidhi Ascend-backed team moves through a defined incubation process — application, evaluation, pitching, onboarding, mentoring, IP, funding, and graduation. Ten of sixteen historical incubatees have successfully graduated to market.

1. Application
Submit your idea, team, and stage through Sreenidhi Ascend's rolling application form.

2. Evaluation & Screening
Applications are screened by the Sreenidhi Ascend review panel for problem clarity, team fit, and feasibility.

3. Idea Pitching
Shortlisted teams pitch to a jury, including at the annual funded pitching competition.

4. Selection & Onboarding
Selected teams sign a formal incubation agreement, receive workspace, and are matched with mentors.

5. Mentoring & Prototyping
Weekly mentoring, unrestricted lab access, and structured milestone reviews inside the Sreenidhi Ascend facility.

6. IP Protection
The IPR Cell supports patent search, drafting, and filing — with funding support for eligible incubatees.

7. Funding Support
Access to seed grants, central and state government schemes, and internal R&D funding.

8. Graduation
Startups graduate to market with alumni network access — 10 of 16 historical incubatees have successfully graduated.
Rolling applications
Sreenidhi Ascend accepts applications year-round rather than in fixed cohort windows.
Evidence over ceremony
Progress is measured in evidence produced — user interviews, prototypes, revenue — not slides shown.
